If you're seeing this page while trying to configure or connect to your Prism router, something's gone wrong.

 

To resolve this, please make sure your device is connected to your Prism router. If you're using an Android device, you may also need to temporarily enable Airplane mode, then enable wifi and connect to your Prism.
