How to transfer or close an account in the event of a death

We are sorry for your loss. We understand this can be a difficult time for you, we are here to help you manage the service changes. 

If you need to notify us in the event of a customer’s death, you can fill out our Bereavement Support Form and return via:

Once you have completed the Bereavement Support Form our team will contact you within 10 business days to confirm the closure of the account and if any equipment needs to be returned or collected.
