Is your internet not working as you'd expect? It might be worth testing your speeds to gauge your current performance.

How to Test Your Speeds


You can test the internet speed to a device by navigating to  "Test Your Speeds

Select either WiFi or Cabled-In depending on how your device is connecting to your router/modem and then Start the Speed Test with the orange button.

For more accurate results:

  • Try to use a cabled-in device if available.
  • Make sure no other devices are in use or actively streaming/downloading on the network.
  • Ensure no VPN programs are running as they will create an indirect route back to your connection.
  • If only WiFi devices are available, ensure you are within line of sight to the modem/router.

View Speed Test History

Any existing speed test results performed on the Customer Portal will show in the "View Speed Test History" tab.
