The short answer: No, a phone line is not required to connect to our Fixed Wireless.
When connecting to our Fixed Wireless, our installation team install a small dish onto your roof and run a cable from our dish to a newly install ethernet wall socket within your home or business.
Since our installation uses a newly installed cable, use of any existing cables or phone lines is not required (and are often not suitable for our installations as we use carrier-grade cable).
If you need to keep or have a landline number please speak to our sales team who can recommend VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol, methods that utilises an internet connection as an alternative to a traditional phoneline) options for you.
