Pentanet's Fixed Wireless service relies on a stable connection from a dish we install on your roof to one of our transmission towers.

In some instances, our installers may not be able to gain a strong enough signal back to the tower due to environmental issues. 

Some factors that can affect getting a strong signal are trees, power lines or other radio interference.

If our installers are unable to proceed with the installation we will advise the contact onsite and inform one of our team to reach out to you and discuss other connection options that may have available to you.
