When signing up for a Pentanet service we're required by law to obtain an acceptable Photo ID of the primary account holder. Here is a list of acceptable Photo ID we accept:

• Australian Driver's License
• Australian Learner's Permit
• Australian Passport
• Proof of Age Card

Your Photo ID must:

• Be current and valid
• Clearly show your photo
• Bear your full name, date of birth and signature

We won't accept Photo ID that isn't listed in the checklist above, nor any Photo ID that's expired or illegible.
