How do I request a service relocation?

There are a few easy ways to request a relocation:

No – relocating your service to a new address is complimentary. 🧡 This means no relocation fee, and no standard install fee to connect the service at your new address.

Please note that a one-time New Development Fee may apply if you're the first to connect fibre internet at a new property.

What if my current service type isn’t available at my new address?

If your new home doesn’t support the same service you're currently using, and you’re still under contract, early termination fees may apply. This depends on the type of service you have, please see your service type’s Critical Information Summary (CIS) for details. You’ll find the CIS for all our services on the Additional Resources section of our website.
