While we hope that nothing ever goes wrong with your Fixed Wireless installation, you’ll be happy to know that Pentanet has your back.

 

The equipment installed by Pentanet remains the property of Pentanet, so in the event of any malfunction or fault with our equipment, we’ll be happy to repair or replace it at no cost to you!

 

Keep in mind that equipment that is damaged due to user error or obvious misuse may attract replacement and/or incorrect callout fees.
