How can I find out if there is an outage or scheduled maintenance?

Our priority is to ensure a stable, reliable, and fast network, but occasionally an unavoidable outage does happen. For notification of any outages or maintenance windows, you can keep any eye on our Network Status Page which we’ll update with upcoming maintenance windows or as soon as we become aware of any problems or issues on the network. 

You can also subscribe to status alerts straight to your email - Go to the “Network Status” section in your Customer Portal and select the “Notification Preferences” to enable email alerts.
