How Do I Access a NetComm Router's UPnP Settings?

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to the Netcomm (either via wifi or a cabled-in connection)
  2. In your web browser, navigate to ‘192.168.20.1’, then enter ‘admin’ as both the username and password to log into the router.
  3. If your Netcomm is running original firmware (white page with gray menu-bar), navigate to theAdvanced Setup menu, open the UPnP menu, and then check or uncheck the ‘Enable UPnP’ checkbox. On newer firmware (blue page with icons), you can find UPnP under the ‘content sharing’ menu.
  4. Click ‘Apply/Save’, and then exit the router’s GUI.
