Adding your RAC member discount in the Customer Portal

RAC members save 5% on wireless Pentanet internet plans for the first 12 months of their subscription. Discounts can currently only be added and managed in the Customer Portal.

Here’s how you can add your RAC member discount or view the full terms and conditions of the offer:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal
  2. Click on ‘RAC membership’ in the menu (or click the ‘Add Membership Number’ button on the Portal home page)

  3. Enter in your RAC membership number then click ‘Apply’ to add your discount to eligible services.mceclip1.png

Your RAC discount will be applied to your Pentanet account from the start of the next billing cycle.
