If you exceed your data allowance, your connection speed will be ‘shaped’ (slowed-down) to a speed of 2 Mbps Download / 2Mbps Upload for the remainder of your billing cycle. This shaping applies to both the on-peak and off-peak time frames. Once shaped, some applications may be unavailable or severely disrupted.

If your plan includes a monthly data allowance, we will notify you via email when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance. Keep in mind these notifications could be delayed up to 48 hours. Should you wish to unsubscribe from all usage notifications please contact us.
I’ve gone over my quota accidentally. Can I get more data?

Upgrade your plan
For users who require more data, we do offer unlimited data plans. We do not charge a plan change fee if you are increasing the data allowance of your plan. Plan upgrades can be requested through our Customer Portal or via live chat.
Do I need an unlimited plan?
Data packs are also available for purchase to temporarily increase your data allowance for the month. These are helpful if you have exceeded your monthly data allowance however if you would prefer not to change your plan. Data packs can be added through our Customer Portal or requested via live chat.
