Enter the email address associated with your Pentanet account and choose a secure password. Then, you should be good to go!

What can I do on the customer portal?

On your customer portal, you can:

  • View information regarding your Pentanet service
  • Perform speed tests
  • Update your payment information (Such as setting up a direct debit)
  • View invoices
  • Create authorised contacts to handle different aspects of your account
  • Submit tickets to our customer service team
  • And more!
