Your need-to-know guide
We've put together answers to some of the most common questions about our upcoming pricing changes.
Why are some prices changing?
Like many internet providers, we're updating the pricing of some NBN and Opticomm plans from 1 July 2026.
These changes reflect increases in wholesale network costs, as well as the ongoing costs of delivering and supporting our services.
This is our first price adjustment since 2024, and we've worked hard to keep all increases as low as possible while continuing to provide prompt, reliable service and local support.
When will the new price take effect?
The new pricing will apply from 1 July 2026.
If your service is affected, you'll receive written notice before the change takes effect.
How much is my price increasing?
The amount varies depending on your plan.
If you're affected by the change, your notification email will confirm your current price, your new monthly price, and the date the change takes effect.
Is every plan increasing?
No. Some plans are increasing in price, while others remain unchanged.
If your plan is affected, we'll let you know directly.
I'm currently receiving a promotional discount. What happens to that?
Your promotional discount will continue for the remainder of the promotional period.
The discount amount itself isn't changing. However, if the standard price of your plan is increasing, your monthly charge may increase while the discount remains in place.
Once your promotion ends, your service will move to the then-current standard price of your plan.
Can I change to a different plan?
If you'd like to explore a lower-cost option or a plan that's better suited to your household's needs, our team can help review your current service and discuss the available options.
I've been a customer for a long time. Can my account be reviewed?
We genuinely value the loyalty of our long-term customers.
While the price change applies across the affected plans, our team is happy to review your account and make sure you're on the most suitable plan for your needs.
What if I don't want to pay more?
We understand that any price increase can be frustrating.
If cost is your main concern, we can review your current service and discuss alternative plans that may better suit your budget and usage requirements.
Do I need to do anything?
No.
The price change will be applied automatically from 1 July 2026. There's nothing you need to do unless you'd like to discuss alternative plan options with our team.
I still have questions. How can I get help?
